Normal is a broad term that differs upon one's own perspective on the subject. Normal can be as others here have already stated..Conforming to a standard in a usual, typical, and expected way. Your normal could be mass genocide while other's could be world peace, and vice versa. It is a title we might give to those we perceive as non-special.
