What are some healthy snacks?! I'm trying to lose weight and I don't know what to eat that is health!!:)

1) low or no fat Yougert
2) a SMALL bowl of porridge
3) gluten free whole grain toast (no butter)
Snack
1) fruit (Apple, watermelon, strawberry, you know what I mean) See More
2) carrot sticks
3) small low fat Yougert
Lunch
1) GLUTEN FREE sandwich
2) salad (no cheese)
3) chicken legs (not deep fried)
Snack
1) fruit
2) vegetable sticks
3) water
Dinner
1) small steamed rice with soy sauce
2) salad
3) fish (not deep fried)
There is a quick meal plan for the next 3 days :)

How bout u put on our fav jam and dance like crazy, always works with me, but of course, fruit is the way to go, and veges, not like raw carrots and celery, but try rice papers with carrots cucumber and lettus role and add brown sugar, lemon and bit of garlic for the sauce, viola, and u can try sneaking in a bit of dark chocolate in, my teacher was an elit gymnast and says that's her comfort, hoped I helped, xx

It's not all about the eating, you can eat a giant pizza to yourself if you wanted to, but the problem with most people is burning it off! In my opinion, I'd eat fruit and stuff like that, you shouldn't trust weightwatchers and brands like that when you could be eating healthy nutritious food from home : )

Apples-nuts (like walnuts) - bananas with peanut butter or chocolate covered strawberry's :)
Nuts can be quite fatty, you need to be careful what type. Chocolate covered strawberries :/ no hon, that's fatty, and you won't lose weight with chocolate
