If we can't "See" ghosts/spirits..how do you prove they aren't real? Ouija board=bad things happen Mysteries that stay unsolved 2021 in specific and my spelling errrosr but yeah im talking to my parents here~ how?

My house is haunted we hear and see weird stuff every time my mom says there's a jinn haunting our house and after a day or two we heard someone say Satan like it was him doing these stuff and I say a black bird but it was glowing for some reason and then disappeared and ghosts can shapeshift

Well the supernatural often happens and it makes ppl believe ghosts exist.
ALSO there have been ghost sightings before. I have seen one once. Scared the balls out of me
