I think Umbreon is best. One because (if you are a hardcore pkm fan you would know) Dark types have only 2 weaknesses, and the pkm types that are strong against it are either hard to train, or have way to weak attacks. Two, is that Dark types can use 3 types of main moves, Physic Dark and Ghost, which are very good physical and non physical attacks. Not to mention that Dark types are usually Tanks! Defense and Attack and high in the last evolution and S.D. and S.A. stats are high See More also. Speed is usually no problem at all. So to concluded my "rant" about this awesome eevee evolution, Umbreon is clearly the best choice, even if it is hard to get it, it is totally worth it!
