Why haven't we been to the moon in more than 40 years? We’ve overcome so many technological problems, we have more powerfoul computers, engines, we have now buildings taller than 800 meters, hundreds of satelites orbiting the Earth, but the human didn't fly farther more than few kilometers from Earth surface since sixties!

Nasa is working on a bigger project. To send a person to mars. They want to know if there was life, water, etc. If there was, how could we prevent it from comming here.

My thoughts are that they have already seen the moon, so they want to venture futher, but humans can't. Satilites help us seek outer planets that humans can't get to.

Well, NASA are no longer doing space programs and they've already been to the moon before so I guess they think they've done all they need to do up there. They have sent probes up to the moon more recently than 40 years ago I think.
I also think that millions of people are asking every day the same question. Think that the humans (explorers, science oriented) tend to revisit for making experiments every place, once in a while, and as example we can include here the most dangerous places on our planet: erupting vulcanos, deepest waters, highest mountains peaks, tornado'eye , but not the See More moon.
Is it not strange?

Yep,
The first reason that popped into my mind was:
They probably don't have enough money to do it.
Well, some people probably can afford all the costs but I mean, it isn't really necessary.
