what is a nerd all of my friends say it is some one that wears glasses and sometimes someone with braces I think it is someone that is really really really smart what do u think?

Being a nerd has nothing to do with wearing things and a nerd is someone with a high IQ but may not have the BEST social skills, in my eyes it's someone smart and awesome XD

Thank you.. No one really understands the real definition... If anyone who said that being a nerd means that you're really smart, and they call themselves a nerd, then they aren't one because they don't know the real definition. Also, if they think they have a high intelligence, when it comes to that, they don't because again, they don't understand the real meaning... See More *sigh* I'm done ranting.. Sorry guys

Being a nerd does not define your intelligence. Being a nerd is liking things that "normal" people wouldn't necessarily like, and nerds are proud of that. It has nothing to do with intelligence
