It depends on many factors.... such as your definition of monster...or whether you think killing is good...what your definition of good is...etc..

A person like that could rule the world...but could also destroy it easily....

It really depends on why you'd kill or let someone live.If you killed people because they were 'in your way' or out jealousy and spite,than yes you'd be a monster.And than there's the problem with population growth and with people wanting and not wanting to die,making this an even more complex topic.But all around,I don't think it'd make,personally,me a monster.I See More

nobody should, ever because if you could control who lived and who didn't, people would worship you and beg you to have mercy on them, you would rule the world, and that would make you a monster and you could make yourself live forever so your rule over the world would never end and eventuely you will either grow mad or wise, if you were wise, you'd kill your See More

Yeah,it'd be complete chaos,I mean it hurts just thinking about all the consequences.Its better if no one had that power.
