Honestly in the game of fnaf. It's not to bad i mean the jumpscares are alright nothing to write home about. But the lore I amazing and makes it 200 times scarier

I would say Creepypasta in my opinion. FNAF, it's just full of jumpscares and doesn't really have a lasting fear while creepypasta makes me scared for a couple days or weeks.
