Believe it or not, regular soda is actually HEALTHIER for you than diet soda. The diet soda is made with fake sugar while the regular soda is made with real sugar. The fake sugar gives you a craving for real sugar, so you end up drinking both the diet Coke and going out to order some other sweet thing. (Plus, I just hate synthetic foods.)
