Which is worst loneliness or sadness

Loneliness. Sadness and depression are two very different things, sadness is temporary. I don't mind being sad. But being lonely is a awful feeling.
I like being alone, but I hate being lonely.

i'm used to staying lonely so i would say sadness is worse cause it kills me when i'm not cheerful etc :)
