Ok so Discord x Fluttershy is definitely more likely to be canon as they definitely have something between them (as seen in Keep Calm And Flutter On) and in Return of Harmony part 1 and 2 I noticed he always seemed to sit close to the glass paintings of Fluttershy. Another thing is that Fluttershy is the only one he refers to as 'my dear'.
