If you want to be a member just ask. However, if you're going to abuse the privileges as a member her just know you'll be removed immediately and banned from participating in any contests.
Members are allowed to participate in contests, however they would not be able to take a vote on who wins (would not be fair). The judges for the artwork are going to remain the same (my brother and I) however, if we get a lot of entries well then the members will join in.
Also, winners of See More the contest will have their artwork made the profile photo for this page for three weeks (unless they prefer not to).

The drawing will be simple, figure of a person with a background. Now it can be a person's shadow on a road going towards a town. Put you must have a person, and you must have a background in order to qualify. Winners, will kind of get a pat on the back, mostly See More because this contest is to give you something to do if you're bored at home. You're welcome.
