Who was the absolute troglodyte that thought Nazi Germany was a good place to host the 1936 Olympics???? Like I get it, WWII hadn't started yet, but that was such an unbelievably stupid idea even at the time. It's not like it was little known information that Hitler was fcking insane. That aside, Germany was still in economic RUINS and VERY bitter towards the international community after the ToV in ADDITION to being a very politically volatile place ESPECIALLY in Berlin. This See More would be like if Saudi Arabia hosted some international thing in Kuwait. And again, this isn't even taking into consideration how batshit crazy and objectively evil Hitler was. Who thought this was a good idea and why did enough people go along with this for long enough that this actually happened?
