Reploid_Zero added a new chapter to Net Police Handbook and Status
Q-Rules (Laws that Qfeasters can break) And On/Off Duty Status
These are basic guidelines which Qfeasters must have to break before you can you have to take required action. Again, with the votes from Net Police Officers, the law can change.
