Backstory: A humanish boy who personifies on the city Venice in Italy. He's rather nice but he has a short fuse, he can be easily angered and has been known for murder and mental illnesses. He was a patient to the doctor in Poveglia during the Black Plague, he was submitted to so much torture that he has grown a fond hate for humans. When free from there, people teased him of the time and he killed them all in the same way the doctor tortured him. He's been sent to many asylums but he has broke out of them all, not one has been successful of keeping him locked up. Inezia tries his best to be nice so he got a job at the Vatican, becoming one of the top highest priests but also the youngest of them all. He has many houses in various countries he stays in to visit, he isn't hard to miss with a weird curl strand of hair sticking from the left side of his head. When he murders someone, depending on how he kills them depends on what death note he leaves. But 95% of the time he cleans up the mess and leaves no trace, normally he hides the body by cooking and feeding it to his guests, the blood is for wine and the sauces...
