RATHER IMPORTANT UPDATE
Give this post a like to support the growth of the story! (The bigger that number gets the more motivated I am)
Guys keep up the rps and such for about three more weeks, then I'll get the rest of ch.5 through 9 up. The reason I haven't updated in so long is because one getting to some plot points, ending each update with a cliffhanger would get annoying after some time, so I wanna give you a bigger release than just one chapter.
Also, since I'm here See More on ch.7 and got some stuff get done, how about you guys write some side stories (including your characters) so I can get a grasp of how to better introduce them and ideas for smaller plot sections. I'll also name three winners if there are at least seven people that enter it.
Rules for canonicity:
1. Story must follow the story's lore, such as magic can't heal deep wounds, nothing brought back from the dead, etc.
2. Characters can't gain godlike abilities. (Some exceptions allowed depending on the character's role)
3. Use permission for other characters. All my characters (excluding Darren, Cona,, and Connor) are up for grabs.
4. YOU MUST HAVE CHARACTER DEVELOPEMENT.
5 try to use as few cliche's as possible, the exception is the orphan-like sub-theme of the story, as the nation is recovering from a war that many were killed in.
6. No Morphism.
7 No setting fire to the rain, because that would be horrifying.
8. Keep the story going
9. Make sure people agree with the use of their characters
10. Have fun

The story idea is quite a good one, and I am actually more motivated now to get back into writing...and am excited to start writing a side story of my own.

I'm busy ATM but just wanted to say
There are benefits to calling your best friends racial slurs, slanderous names, etc.
I know it sounds stupid and wrong but think of it this way.
They are your best friend, you mean something to them, and what others say can remind them of you.
For example I have a homosexual friend, and true I call him "Faggot" in a joking manner from time to time, (in exchange I'm called many other names) but I'm not trying to demean him, because now whenever See More someone calls him that name to try and hurt him, he remembers that he has me and others that care about him and will back him up.
He knows that that term can be laughed at by him because his friends care.
And I know because they told me.
Lss, There's a difference in using a term to hurt someone.
And using it to build someone up. But be careful because you don't know who will appreciate it unless you really get to know them. I apologize and understand if this makes you lose respect for me, but this is how my friends and I get along.

Gonna have to skip out a bit of detail on Impure Ch.5 due to writers block, I'll go back and add more to it in the future because I think more as I write. I have the whole story planned out so the plot is complex and I know how it all ends, but I'm missing a few key details so I'll add them in as I write.

I'm going to be off for a while because I just found the body of my beloved dog halfway down our field. He was perfectly healthy just the other day. He was like my best friend, and considering I don't talk to too many people, it's going to be a while. I'm sorry.
