Constructs as in enchanted (steam-punk styled) machines shaped into robotic versions of various objects. They would be extremely rare as it is both a relatively new concept (or old one), and the knowledge wouldn't be as wide spread. (My character has encountered one directly, and another indirectly)

Ok, now theres this woman telling parents not to let kids play "Pokemon Go" because her daughter got hit by a car while playing the game. i understand its unsettling to think this can happen, but dont encourage other people not to play the game. instead encourage others to watch and supervise kids playing the game at least. People should be responsible enough to either not let their children wander into a busy freeway during rush hour, or know not to cross at that time in the See More first place. this game is actually getting people to go outside and to be a bit more active. dont take that away.
The Pokemon company and Nintendo added to be careful while playing it because something like that may happen so it's not their fault. Also, you're right. People can't say not to play a game just cause someone got hurt playing it. They didn't read how you need to be careful it wasn't anybody else's fault.

Anyone who is interested in joining my MC faction like this post, we currently have three members, and we have a good base and a large stock of supplies (Just ask ty, he sorted them all, Thanks Ty!) The base is hidden deep underground with a false base above to distract from the claimed land. the actual base is solid claimed underground with an obsidian shell and is currently being fortified further.
