Help, I need some friendship advice!
Okay, so I have this friend who can be AWESOME, but at other times she's just really mean. It's like there's two different sides to her! When she's nice, she's super cool and we get along well, but she can be mean and it just makes me feel bad. She just insults me. :( I honestly want to be her friend, but when the mean side of her comes out it really makes me question our friendship. Sometimes we'll get along great and we have tons of private jokes and she's awesome, but other times she just thinks I'm weird. Is there anything I could do or say to make things better? I just need help, and I want her to be a better friend. She's really a great person, what can I do to help our friendship?

Ok so I've been thinking about crush advice. So, imagine a scenario where you like a guy and he's totally awesome. You're great friends but you're afraid to tell him how you feel. People say to just tell the said crush, but of course you're afraid of rejection. And then, embarrassment, awkwardness, and humiliation. It's puzzled me for some time of what I would do if I had a crush and I'd like to know what to do if I ever have one. Please help!
Well, just don't like stick to him 24/7, but just talk to him in a friend-like way. That's a good place to start. If you're scared your friends will.judge u by who.you like, remember true friends would NEVER judge someone by who.they like. Does he share similarities with you? You can talk about that kinda stuff.
