100% on a test, quiz, or portfolio project: no change (or goes up 1%)
60% on a quick check (tiny assessments that I have at the end of each lesson just to check my progress) : they go down like 3%

Dog: *runs up and knocks human down* "OMG you're back I thought you were gone forever and now you're back oh I love you so much play with me now please and we can play ball and you can throw the squeaky thing and the round thing and I can bite it in the air and you can pet me and love me and cuddle me and I can eat and you can feed me and I can love you because OMG I love you so so so much human never ever leave me!!!!!"
Cat: *stares suspiciously* "Ah. You See More are home." *licks paws* "So... I've been wanting to speak with you about our feeding arrangements. I seem to be out of food." *paces around human* "Other than that, you serve no purpose for me." *walks away* "I will go plan my evil scheme now."

Me when I had pneumonia:
*looks up symptoms on reliable .org medical website* "I have almost every single symptom on this list guys."
My mom: "Psh, you're exaggerating. You don't have pneumonia."
My sister now when she has pneumonia:
*cough cough*
My mom: "OMG let's take her to the doctor's office she's sooo sick!!"
*she has pneumonia* See More
My mom: *talking to me* "You probably had pneumonia too. We should have taken you seriously."
Me: "OH MY GOD MOM you think so?"
Keep in mind, my sister actually had FEWER of the symptoms than I did. I didn't get taken to the doctor even once. My sister also rarely covers her mouth and is apparently excused from even ATTEMPTING to muffle her coughs/cover her mouth AT NIGHT when I AM TRYING TO SLEEP. Even w/ my fan turned up loud I can hear her. And when I was sick and coughing, my parents MADE me muffle my coughs AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE at night.
