How do you add chapters once you've published a story?
@clove, please try again, the "Add Chapter" button, the issue that you talked about was fixed

If you want to be able to add new chapters after you published your story, remember to set the story as "not completed" on "story settings". In case you set "complete the story" you will not able to add chapters (unless you unpublish it).
