between school stuffs and p*l*t*cs, i’m stressed af. tired. this has not been a good week for me. my skin is breaking out again and i’m on my period and i keep unintentionally starving myself and then i pig out on junk food and then feel bad and i won’t eat for the rest of the day :// i’ve been so fatigued and just. ugh. everything is weighing on me terribly and i hate it

man im not even depressed but i just wanna kill myself omg. i'm on the verge of a mental breakdown everyday and my mental health is worse than it's been in months. if someone threatened to shoot me in the head, i'd be grateful at this point tbfh. i'm just so tired and stressed abt irrelevant shit everyday and it's taking a toll on the way that i treat myself. i can't even look in the mirror anymore. i cant stand seeing my acne riddled face and my pudgy stomach and my grotesque shape. i just hate it. i just hate myself so much rn. i'm tired
