How do I get suicidal thoughts out of my head?
I've been super depressed and down in the weather, and voices in my head are telling me, "May, rid your pain and take a knife to your throat and slit it." And I was going to do it, but then another voice told me to put the knife down. And I did. The voices in my head have been going at it, but that one suicidal thought is still in my head. How do I get it out? I feel like gouging my eyes out and shoving my hand up my empty sockets and ripping my brain out. .-.
