A tiny kit was crouched in a dead bush, almost perfectly camouflaged by his ruddy brown pelt and darker spots. He peered out at the ground with his tiny, icy blue eyes with a look of pure mischief. A few seconds later, he jumped out of the bush at a white tabby kit with light gray stripes. The kit squeaked under the weight of the brown kit, who mewed with triumph.
