I twitch so much more when I think about them and then I get even more anxious when I notice my anxiety is rising and I get way more hyperactive when I notice I’m getting too hyper and it’s a mess

No one says anything about protests until the police make it violent- and then say the protest was violent to begin with when,, ive seen footage of protests before the police come it. They’re full of unity and just,,, people dancing and having fun and changing for basic human rights
