OK, lay on your bed with your blanket pulled up just above your waist, lean you back at an angle against the head of the bed or the wall, that way you're kind of sitting up. Relax for a couple seconds. Do calm things that typically relax you (read, text friends, etc.) Help a couple of my friends :)
