I never realize how much I curse until I'm in a situation where I can't

One time in English class we were talking about sacrifice or some shit and I said something along the lines of "sacrifice your life and death"
And somebody was like "you can't sacrifice your death lol idiot"
And I was like "yes you can what if you're a Viking warrior and you want to get into Valhalla but you decide to die in a non-heroic way for the villain that you love and essentially sacrifice your death for their sake"
And they were like "what"
Looking back, technically you See More still aren't sacrificing your death, you're sacrificing your afterlife
But that raises the question
Can one sacrifice your death??

Tuck Everlasting?
It's a book where this girl meets a family who drank out of a river that grants them immortality.

My family says that they're getting annoyed because I say "fight me" too much
But I mean I can't blame them I kind of say "fight me" to anything that breathes in my general direction

Have you seen La La Land yet?
on June 04, 2017
That's understandable.
Theatrical wise I loved it. It was well done and sung beautifully.
From a writer's standpoint, I had no idea what the heck was going on and it really had no point in my opinion.
Wait there might be.

No, not at all. Actually I kind of really loved it
Although I would absolutely understand hating it too. The only reason I'm able to love it is because I care significantly more about the music and drama of the movie than the actual characters

Sleep deprived rant
Homophobic people love the argument "but why does it have to be such an important part of your identity??"
My response: "why tf does gender have to be such an important part of everyone's identity"
I mean. Gender is this social construct. And yet we shape entire lives around it. We regulate what people can and can't wear, do, say, all based on these lines that we make up. Why do we have these lines, and why do you ppl try to enforce them so rigidly??
If you See More think that my gender should be a big part of my identity and influence my decisions, then my sexuality can damn well be an important part of my identity too

Does anyone else ever have that feeling where
Your crush does something adorable and your heart just melts with pure affection and you're just like
I'm so screwed
(just not by them, unfortunately)

Am I the only one who finds it slightly creepy the way straight girls fangirl over, sexualize, romanticize, and almost fetishize gay couples? Like specifically gay guys?
Because I mean don't get me wrong I love Destiel as much as the next person but when a bunch of straight girls are writing and reading gay erotica it's just... Weird
It's kind of like how lesbians are fetishized and sexualized by straight guys
Is this just me or?

I understand what you're saying. In my opinion, it isn't creepy as long as the ship is ficrional, when it's ACTUAL people that's disturbing.
on June 03, 2017
@LilianaTheTiger There isn't anything wrong with shipping gay guys - that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the overwhelmingly large communities of straight fangirls who not only ship gay guys, but sexualize it and obsess over it to a point that it seems almost dehumanizing of the characters/people being shipped.
on June 03, 2017
It's just because society is a bit warped. I ship tons of gay or straight stuff. I'm slightly dented.

I used to be super anti-abortion
And honestly the thing that changed my mind wasn't actually pro-choice arguments
It was learning how abortions are actually DONE
Bc I was under the impression that it was like "take a pill that will poison the baby somehow, prob by magic or some shit" or "have a surgery so we can chop the fetus's head off" and obviously I thought that was disgusting
But it's actually just a pill that manufactures a period and flushes out the egg the same way it See More would be if it were unfertilized. Or if you get a surgery, it's literally just pulling the fetus out. It's not harming the fetus. It's ending the pregnancy early; removing the fetus from the mother's body. It does die, obviously, but that's just bc it can't live outside the mother's body, not because it was actively murdered

We should have a pride parade/party of some kind on here
Make a page
Set a date
Everyone's invited
There's art, conversation, roleplaying
And everyone's just open and happy and together and proud
That'd be pretty cool
