"Steel" by Carrie Vaughn is awesome!
Jill is a teen swordswoman. She competes in fencing. When her family goes on vacation, she finds a real rapier in the sand. Later, when her family goes out on a tour boat, a huge storm knocks her off of the boat -- and back in time. Now fighting for her life on a pirate ship, she learns to think on her feet. I haven't finished reading yet, but I'm already addicted!

Haha yeah. By the way, I think I like the Magnus Chase series a lot. Magnus has a lot in common with Leo, and there are references to other stories (which is hilarious! :D)

It is a really good series! I have all of the Percy Jackson Series, all of the Kane Chronicles (the Egyptian series by Rick), and my older sister has the Heroes of Olympus series.

Kayden and Lillian meet again. Somehow the topic gets onto pre-school sweethearts/spouses...
And they turned out to be one of those couples! They didn't know it because Kayden used his middle name in pre-school for some obscure reason and Lillian called herself the Flower Princess and refused to answer to anything else.
