Police brutality
YEAH, I HAVE A LOT ABOUT THIS ONE.So, yeah, unfortunatley, alot of crimes are commited by blacks- but every race in general. The problem is is not every black is a criminal, the police arent trained well enough, and blacks have a more sivere charge than a white for the same crime.
One: We need to up police procedures. Alot of the shootings are out of fear and false judgment. Police academys typically only train the men 4 weeks to 6 months, and they're alone. Now, imagine if the cop had PTSD because a solder's most suitble job is a cop, alone, with a gun, with only 4 weeks to 6 months of training. It would be less stressful if they went in pairs, have the minimum training a year, and relax. There are ways to stop shooting because there ARE alternatives. There's been cops in Menphis who've never shot thier gun at anyone in the 20-30 years they've been a cop.
Two: Easy, DONT COMMIT A CRIME. Easiest way not to get shot by a cop.
Now, racial profiling isnt mentioned because I know nothing about it.
So, yeah. Easy solution to an extreme problem.
