A School Trip In The Life Of MikasPrincess

This morning, I woke up ten minutes before the time that I have to wake up for. I wanted to go back to sleep, but I couldn't, so I picked up my tablet and went onto Qfeast. I scrolled through posts and stalked a few people's walls, then my parents came into my room and said that I had to get up.

I put on my blue dressing gown with white spots, then I went downstairs. For breakfast, I had a bowl of red berry cereal and a cup of coffee, which were already on the table. While I was eating, I thought about how today was the trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I was kind of scared, but also excited.

After I had eaten breakfast, I went back upstairs to get washed and dressed. I had a wash in the bathroom, and then I went into my bedroom to get dressed. We were allowed to wear whatever we wanted for the trip, so I decided to wear my favourite outfit. But I was kind of scared that people at school would laugh at my shirt, so I changed it. In the end, I decided to wear my 'I Love You More Than Wifi' shirt, with black leggings and my plaid shirt. I put on my fast food socks, and I brushed my hair.

Then I put everything that I would need for the trip in my handbag. I put my phone and my earphones in my bag, and I also brought my waterproof coat and £30 spending money.

Then I went out of the door, and I got in the car to go to school.

When I got to school, I walked to my form room, like I usually did. When I went in, the teacher asked me if I wanted to wait for the others or go straight to the Arts Theatre, which was where everyone who was going on the trip had to meet the teachers. I said that I would wait, but after a while, nobody turned up. I was worried, and I wanted to go, but I didn't want to just stand up and walk out. So I sat there, feeling scared, until the teacher said that I should probably go down to the Arts Theatre. I nodded, and then I walked as quickly as I could to get to it.

When I was walking through the corridors, I passed these older girls. They all stared at me, and then one of them said, "Why are you dressed like that?" I was scared, because I think they were making fun of my outfit, as they must have seen everyone else not wearing their uniform. But I forced myself to tell them that today was the trip.

When I got to the Arts Theatre, everyone was already there, so the teacher told me to just sit down at the front. She took the register and told everyone the rules of the trip, then everyone was given their wristbands for Blackpool Pleasure Beach, because the school had already paid and got them in the post. The teacher showed everyone how to put them on, and after that, we all went outside to the double decker bus.

Everyone in Year 7, Year 8 or Year 9 had to sit upstairs on the bus, so I went up the stairs and sat down in one of the seats. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl sat next to me, and Lollipop Girl sat behind us. Then the bus set off, and it was a two hour journey to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I took my phone and earphones out of my bag, and I listened to music for the whole journey. Mostly Mika, but also my other music fandoms. I ended up using all of the battery on my phone, so I couldn't take pictures for my personal Instagram. And for the entire bus ride, the bus driver really couldn't drive. We kept hitting tree branches and moving side to side, and it was annoying because it was really bumpy.

When we got to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, we all had to stand outside for a while. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl remembered that one of the rules of the trip that the teacher had mentioned was that everyone had to walk around in groups of four. So we made a group with TheDoctorsQueen and Lollipop Girl, and then we were allowed into the park.

When we went into the park, we looked around for a ride that wasn't very busy to go on. We found the Wallace and Gromit Thrill-o-Matic ride, and we decided to go on it. After queueing for the ride, we went on it. The carriages were in the shape of giant slippers, and they could fit four people in, so SkyDoesMinecraft Girl, Lollipop Girl, TheDoctorsQueen and I all went on it together. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl told me that there was a drop on the ride, and I was kind of scared, but it was just a small drop when it happened. On the ride, you get to look at animations of the Wallace and Gromit movies as you go through it, and it's actually really cool.

After the ride had finished, we went in the Wallace and Gromit shop. TheDoctorsQueen bought a waterproof coat, because it was raining outside and she was the only person without a coat. I took out my waterproof coat and put it on, and then I looked around the shop. I found a novelty eraser in the shape of a stapler, and it was only £1, so I bought it.

Then Lollipop Girl said she was hungry, so SkyDoesMinecraft Girl went with her to a food stand to get something to eat. The queue was long, so I had to wait nearby with TheDoctorsQueen. She said that she had only ten minutes until she had to meet her girlfriend, so she told them to hurry up. She was going to meet her internet girlfriend in real life for the first time today, because they were both here on the same day, and they were going to meet at lunchtime. Then TheDoctorsQueen said that Mika could have been standing where I was then, and I wondered if he had actually ever been here. He could have, but it would be a long way for him to travel from London.

After Lollipop Girl had got her food, TheDoctorsQueen said that she only had a few minutes left, so we decided to go in the arcade until it was time. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and I were hungry, so we said that we were going to go to the chicken restaurant that we went to before. Then we walked to it, and I was too scared to order my own food, so I gave SkyDoesMinecraft Girl my money and she ordered for both of us. We ordered a chicken meal, which was a chicken burger, fries and Pepsi. When we got our food, it was still raining really heavily. So we couldn't eat outside, because all the tables under parasols were taken.

So we went back to the arcade, and we had to eat our food standing up because there was nowhere that wasn't in the rain. I also had a lot of sauces to put on everything, and I couldn't do it because I was using both of my hands already to carry everything. But luckily, the pocket of my raincoat was exactly the right size to hold the Pepsi. I thought it would spill, but it didn't. Then I rested the box of food on a grab machine, and I somehow managed to open the sauces. That was good, because I didn't think it would work. Then I ate my food, and it was really nice.

When we had finished eating, it was time for TheDoctorsQueen to meet her girlfriend. But SkyDoesMinecraft Girl wanted to try and go on more rides, because we had only been on one, and we only had about three hours left. That wasn't that long, because the queues were very long. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and I thought that TheDoctorsQueen was probably going to get catfished, because her girlfriend kept messaging her and saying she was eating lunch or would meet her in a few minutes.

So the group split up, and Lollipop Girl and TheDoctorsQueen went to find her girlfriend at Burger King, while SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and I tried to go on some more rides, because we knew if we stayed with TheDoctorsQueen, we wouldn't end up going on anything, like last time.

We wanted to go on Valhalla, which is my favourite ride, but the queue for it was just ridiculous. The actual queuing area was full, so there were about two more lines of people outside of it. So we couldn't go on it. We decided to go on the Flying Machines, because nobody wanted to go on them because of the rain. When we were lining up, we were kind of sad, because we thought TheDoctorsQueen had left us for a nonexistent person.

When we got on the ride, we sat at the very front of the flying machine. When we went up in the air, it was really windy, because of the speed of the ride and how cold it was. The rain kept going in my eyes, and the hood of my waterproof coat wouldn't stay up. This was happening to everyone behind us too, and everyone was screaming. It was normally a really good ride, but the rain kind of ruined it this time.

After that, we decided to go on the River Caves. The queue was short, so we didn't have to wait that long. When it was our turn, we got in the front of the boat, and some other people got in behind us. The ride went through all the periods of time of the world, like the Egyptians and the Ice Age. It was really good, and at the end, there was a drop into water. I was kind of scared, but it wasn't really that bad.

When we got off the boat, we decided to go on the Royal Air Force Red Arrows Skyforce ride, which is my other favourite ride. We had to queue for a long time, and these older kids from our school were there at the same time, so they kept making fun of us and telling me to give them high fives. I did, just so they would leave me alone, and luckily they did after that. When we entered the main queuing area, we had a photograph taken together, which we could buy after the ride if we wanted. When we actually got on the ride, we wanted to go on the two aeroplanes that were next to each other, and we got to go on them. On the ride, the aeroplanes go really high up in the sky and back down again. You can also spin the aeroplane around and go upside down if you want to, but I didn't want to. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl tried to spin, but she forgot how to do it, so she just made the plane move instead. I was a bit scared at first, because the ride makes you lean forward in your seat when you go back down, and I thought I was going to fall out of my seat. But after that it really wasn't scary, and it was probably the best ride I went on yesterday.

After the ride, we went in the Royal Air Force shop, and I saw the photograph of myself on the screen. It wasn't actually that bad of a photo, really. I thought it would be a lot worse.

Then we left the shop, and SkyDoesMinecraft Girl wanted a chocolate kebab from the frozen yoghurt shop. So we went in, and I wanted to get this smoothie from the shop, because it sounded really nice. It was a smoothie made from vanilla frozen yoghurt, with brownie pieces and white chocolate buttons. But I didn't get it, because the person working at the till kept ignoring me, and I ended up not having enough time to get the smoothie. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl got a text from TheDoctorsQueen saying that she had met her girlfriend, so we thought that maybe she was here. She got the chocolate kebab, and then we went to the gift shop.

When I was in the gift shop, I saw some really cool things that I wanted to buy. I saw a giant cushion in the shape of popcorn, and it was popcorn scented. It was £18, but I really wanted to buy it. I also saw a pen that was cookie scented, and I wanted to get that too. In the end, I decided to just get the pen, but the queue was really long, so I couldn't get it. I ended up just leaving the gift shop without anything.

Then it was almost time to go, but we wanted to get slush before we left. So we went to the Slush Puppie shop, and we both paid £6 for a yard of slush. Then we went inside the shop and filled up our slush cups with the dispensers. I put blueberry, cola and strawberry flavoured slush in mine, because those are my three favourite flavours. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl chose blueberry and raspberry slush, and then we went to the carousel, which was the meeting point where everyone had to go to before we left.

We waited at the meeting point, and we saw TheDoctorsQueen on the Flying Machines. But her girlfriend wasn't there, and she was with Lollipop Girl, HeyHoHereWeGo and some of the popular people. When she came off the ride and walked over to talk to us, she didn't really seem excited, and she didn't say anything about her girlfriend. That made me think that she still might have been catfished, because if I was meeting one of my internet friends, I would want to spend the day with them, and I would invite them to hang out with me and my real life friends.

When everyone was at the meeting point, the teacher took the register, and we followed another teacher back to the double decker bus. I went up the stairs and sat in the same seat as before, and we set off.

I was kind of bored on the journey, because my phone had no battery. But then the bus driver put the radio on, which was kind of good. The radio was playing a lot of really old pop songs, and I kind of hoped that they would play a Mika song, but they didn't. So SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and I shared my earphones, and we listened to Mika on her phone. After a while, she got bored and gave me both of my earphones while she read fanfiction.

Then after a few minutes, the bus suddenly stopped. Everyone was confused and asked why the bus had stopped in the middle of the motorway, and then one of the teachers came up the stairs and said that we had broken down. I was scared, because we might not be able to get home and we could be there forever.

Then the bus was pushed to the side of the road, and the teacher said that there was another bus on the way to pick us up. Someone asked when we would be back to school, and the teacher said that it would be at quarter to six at the earliest. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and I texted my mum on her phone telling her that, and then she texted her mum as well.

After a while, the other bus arrived, and everyone got out of the broken down bus and onto it. I sat upstairs again, next to SkyDoesMinecraft Girl and in front of Lollipop Girl and Human Copy Machine Girl's best friend. I just stared out of the window for the whole journey, kind of wishing that I was at home now.

The ride back to school wasn't very long, and when we got back, everyone's parents were waiting for them. My parents weren't there, and I found out from the teachers that we had got back half an hour earlier than the teachers said we would. SkyDoesMinecraft Girl's phone was out of battery, so we couldn't text my mum and tell her that we were at school. So we just stood there waiting, and then the teachers said that they would wait with us.

When our parents didn't come after a long time, the teachers decided to call my mum, and SkyDoesMinecraft Girl said that she would try to get a lift to her house from my mum. One of the teachers called my mum, and she said that she had said she would come now. After a few more minutes, both of my parents eventually came, and my mum said that she would give SkyDoesMinecraft Girl a lift to her house.

Then we got in the car, and we left the school.
