The Truth
I nod my head slowly and look away ashamed he walks up to me and pulls my head up to look him in the eyes. I can’t look him in the eyes though he says in a very angry voice “if you are lying I will slit your throat right now!” I say back about to cry “why would I lie about something like that!?!” he drops my head. I say “it feels good to finally get that off my chest!”we sit back down and I ask “why did you kill your family?” he says “you tell me your reason first!” I say “okay but your gonna think i’m an idiot!” he responds with “if you're an idiot then I am brainless” I say “okay. . .I-I wanted them to go to heaven! My plan was that I would kill them all just so they didn’t have to live this life of pain and sorrow when they could just go to heaven! But you did it for me!” he says “jeez kid I didn’t know”
I reply “it’s okay you wouldn’t have!” he says “well it’s time I tell you my reason! I believe you know why I am like this?” I nod my head and he continues “well then you know why I killed my mom and dad!” I chime in by saying “they were going to shoot you!” he says in a upset tone “yeah but being the stupid sixteen year old I was I thought Liu would be the same! the same as them so. . .”
“I stabbed him forty-seven times in the chest. . .and I cut a smile into his face so he could die happy! Just Like me!” “but he wasn't the same was he?” I ask without thinking “no he was nothing like them he was kind and caring and he listened to me! Unlike them” I give him a tight hug after a few seconds he hugs back. I let him go and say “sorry you looked like you needed that! But if you ever do need a hug just ask! I mean I will literally be here until you let me go so!”...end of chapter nine
