Truth Or Dare
Jeff and Nurse Ann leave the room and I ask “hey Ben i’m kinda bored wanna play truth or dare?” “sure!” he says in response I say “ok truth or dare?” “truth!” he says “ok! Oh I know! Do you live with slenderman!?!” I can feel my face lights up while I wait for his response. He says “yeah it’s pretty cool actually” “ok truth or dare?” he asks “dare!” I say almost cutting him off“I dare you to sit down and talk to jeff!” “are you sure?” I ask “yeah and if you do it Jeff might let you meet the rest of us!” I reply with “yeah like Jeff will let me leave! I mean it’s not that bad here but I miss my family, I had a pretty good life and all the people that live with Slenderman had a bad life or a good life until something bad happened and I am not either of those!!!”
he says “Jeff brought you here for a reason!” I reply with “and that is?” “he isn’t as bad as he seems! He just needs someone to talk to!” says Ben “BEN!” I hear from the doorway I turn my head to see none other than Jeff “speak of the devil well I gotta go before he kills me! Good luck kid!” Ben runs out of the room before Jeff can grab him! Jeff then looks at me and asks in a calm voice “What were you two talking about?”
I respond with “we were playing truth or dare! Oh and I have a question!” he says “ask away kid!” I ask “What was your life like? Before you became a well. . .you know. . . killer?” he says “Oh why do you ask?” “never mind it’s stupid” I mumble as I look at the ground I am sitting on! he comes and sits across from me he asks “can you repeat that I don’t hear self doubt!”
I let out a little giggle and say “why did you kill your family?” he pushes me away, walks to the door and says “why what did Ben tell you!?!” “He told me nothing! I was asking because I am the same way!” I yell so fast I almost choke on my words! He slowly turns around and asks in a surprised tone “what?”...end of chapter eight
