The List (Mika X Maya)

Mika wondered round the streets sadly. He felt left out. He has had a crush on Maya for a long time now and he never knew how to tell her. But today was supost to be the day. The day he finally shows his feelings. Well...it was. All day Maya had been avoiding him. Everytime he walked up to her she turned a bright shade of pink and ran away...strange...did she not like him? Did she know what he was trying to do? Probaly. That maybe why she was avoiding him and blushing every time he was near.  Mika put his hands in the pockets of his green hoodie and blew the hair in  face away from his eyes. Maybe...we were just ment to be friends?

Mika carried on walking down the street until he saw a figure in the distence. Curious he walked towards the figure only to find out it was Maya. Maybe he can actully talk to her this time? He jogged towards her and waved.
"Hey Maya" She says smiling. Maya didn't respond and just wrote on the paper she had in front of her with a large smile on her face.
"Erm...Maya?" He question bending down to where she sat.
"Hm?" Maya looked up at Mika with a dreamy gaze on her face.
"Oh, Hey Mika...MIKA!?" She suddenly cried. The dreamly look in her eyes disappeared and was replaced with shock. She quickly shoved the paper she was writing on into her pocket.
"Good to see you too" Mika says smirking slightly. Maya laughes nervously.
"Hahaha...yeah...erm, look, I have to go. I promise I will speak to you tomorrow, yeah?" With that she got up and ran off.

The paper she had been holding fell from her pocket and drifted onto the ground.
"Maya wait! Your dropped your-" But she was already out of ear shot. Mika sighes. I guess she really does not like him? He opens the paper in his and hand and gave a small smile. It was another poem. She always did love writing poems and songs.

If kisses her raindrops
I'd send you showers
If hugs her seconds
I'd send you hours
If smiles were water
I'd send you the sea
If love was a perosn,
I'd send you...Me!

Mika chuckles slightly. He blows the hair out of his face again. He spots some tiny writing on the back of the page.

Mika,
I don't know if you will ever see this,
I don't know if you ever will,
But all I know is:
I want a to take a minute to tell you how much I lo- like you
When you hang round me its like heaven on earth
but I know I can't be with you, It's because you will probaly think i'm crazy or weird.
It only took me seconds I relised I felt this way when I first met you.
When we are together we may just hang around and act normal but inside i'm just going crazy
I feel like the luckest girl when I'm with you
You are the best and I wish you could see how I truly feel about you
If only I could tell you...

Mika smiles down at the paper. He carfuly folds it up and tucks it into his pocket.
Tomorrow, tomorrow he will show his feelings.
