New house, new memories

I can't remember why we moved or either mom didn't tell us. Just 'we had to no questions ask'. Cant even remember what my father looks like anymore. Can't remember how scared I used to be until now.

"Why did we move?" Said casey, the youngest one. "Mom said we had to no question ask." I said. I'm sky and I'm the oldest and I already know the truth. Casey is 11 and I'm 14, dad left us when Casey was 3, and all his companies ask him to pay back what he owes. And now there after my moms money. When we arrived, my sister jumped out of the car and stopped midway. "What happen-woah! This is awesome!" This might the biggest house I've ever lived in. It even has a treehouse. "This is awesome, how many rooms does it have? Do I get my own room?!" I drool on my mother and blabber on about getting my own room. She smiles. "It's a three-bedroom house, the first one to the house get the biggest!" Casey and I run to the house while mom talks to the home movers about the furniture. Casey and I go in separate rooms. "Sky! Come look! This is aw-ahhhhhh!" Casey screamed without finishing her sentence. I run to the next room to see rats crawling all over my sister. I get a broom and wipe them off and hit them. Why are there so many rats?
"Casey, where did the rats come from?" I ask after the rats gone off in the opposite direction. Casey points at the corner and there lies a dead cat. I turn Casey around so she wouldn't have to see. Besides all that the painting there were beautiful except for one that was disturbing. The paint wasn't paint it was the cats blood and the picture was a person hanging himself. We go to mom and tell her. "Oh, that's one way of making memories, you two can sleep in the other room, is it clean?" I nodded. "There should be a bed, almost all the furniture were left behind." Mother continued. Everything's stops and go dark. A blackout. Mother flicks a lighter.
"I'll get this fix, go to your room and get some sleep."

I couldn't sleep knowing that there was a dead cat inside and also tomorrow is school. A new school all over again. Time to make some memories.
