Educational Background: He was raised in a orphange and so has basic education, he also paid close attention to Eggman's mechanics as not only can he tinker, he can use it to know more about his electricity powers.

Learning Experiences: Went to school in orphange and is currently learning by tinkering with his powers and technology, with little help from Eggman.
Character's short-term goals in life: Obey Eggman and keep his promise
Character's long-term goals in life: Fulfill his promise to his 'brother' to make him proud
How does Character see himself/herself: Mother effing smexy
How does Character believe he/she is perceived by others: Since he's a womanizer, he's both hated and loved, however mostly hated due to the fact he works with Eggman
