A Person that was once thought to be a Monster
When the Pine family first made it back home at night, they all went to bed execpt Mabel...she was sitting in her bed and started to have a strange feeling about the dark figure that saved her life... then she thought, "I wonder why would the same creature save my life, it doesn't make any sense...is it because they're on the good side or could it be something else that we don't know yet...? " she looks at the window, begin to sigh and said to herself, "Welp, hopefully we might find out soon till tomorrow!" She begins to lay down on her bed and fell asleep...Until the next morning, Mabel was still thinking about of what happened last night...and suddenly, she heard Dipper yawning...she turned around and noticed that he just woke up...she begin to smile and said, "Good morning sleepy head!"
Dipper begins to sit up and look over to Mabel and said, "Oh, good morning Mabel..."
"Um, hey Dipper...?" Said Mabel
"Yes...?" Said Dipper
"Have you ever saw anything strange lately from last night when the dark figure first saved my life..?" Said Mabel
Dipper begin to pause for a minute and his heart stood still as he had this terrifying flashback of them from last night...but notices that there's something wrong about it...then he replied, "In matter in fact I have..."
"Did you see of what the dark figure look like while I was out there?" Said Mabel
Dipper begin to shake his head and replied, "No, not that I know of...but....it does make me wonder why would the same creature would do that though...it just...doesn't make any sense..."
"Could it be possible that it might be up to something...?" Said Mabel
"I don't know, but there's only one way to find out...but...before we go anywhere, it's probably best to bring Grunkle Ford with us this time...because last time it became a lot more complicated for us to handle with when we first went over there..." said Dipper
Mable begin to nod as an agreement and said, "Right!"
As they went to Ford's lab, they decided to ask him to come with them...thinking that it might be important to have someone to guide by their side while they're away...However, Ford was a little bit concerned...but...he still wants to keep his beloved family safe and to do what's best for them for a special reason...he also wanted to discover why the same creature saved his family member in the first place too as well...thinking that it might be something that has to do with the 300 year old book that they found so far...before they go anywhere, they decided to go locate the road where Mabel was from last night...as soon as they went over there...it turns out that they have found some foot prints on the ground, leading them towards the old log cabin that was abandoned ever since back then...
When they first made it to the abandoned building, Ford looked at Mabel and Dipper then he asked, " Is this the place that you were talking about, when you first found the book and the mysterious creature...?"
"Yep, that's when we first saw them..." said Mabel
"Alright then...wherever you go, you should always stay close to me...because we'll never know of what might happen next..." said Ford
"Ok..." said Dipper and Mabel
As they walked into the building...the door began to close by itself...as they begin to jump a little within a startle, they turned around and realized that the door was closed shut...so they try to shrug it of as they ended up walking through the hallway...as soon as they kept waking through the hallway...the walls begin to change as it began to turn into a dark creepy maze...suddenly, the wall of glowing eyes with razor sharp teeth that are covered with stiches begin to block Ford as the children got separated from another wall behind him...However, while they got separated from those terrifying walls that are blocking away from each other...the walls begin to make a screeching noise, as Mabel and Dipper called out Ford's name within horror...
Ford begin to worry as he ran towards the wall behind him and called out, "Mabel, Dipper, are you alright?"
"We're ok!" Said Dipper
Ford begin to sigh within relief and said, "Oh thank goodness...Mabel with you...?"
"Yep, I'm right with him!" Said Mabel
"Good..." said Ford
"How are we supposed to get through these walls?" Said Dipper
"Ok, stay back...I'm going to brake through it to get to you..." said Ford as he pulled out a lazor gun and shoots at the wall...as soon as he shot the wall, it didn't bring any effect but growled at him in a deep low voice...
"That's odd, it could've broken by now...but...it turns out that it didn't go well like it was supposed to ...." said Dipper
""Hey Grunkle Ford, did you brake through the wall yet?" Said Mabel
Ford begin to sigh and said, "Close, but not quite...I tried breaking it and it turns out that it didn't go well like it was supposed to...but I'm afraid that you have to leave me since I'm already stuck from the other side of the wall..."
"But, what about you? We can't just leave you there!" Said Dipper
"Don't worry about me, I'll try to find a way out to get to you as soon as I can but it might take time...However, I would like you and Mabel stay together while you two find a way out to safety...of course it may not be a bright idea but it could be the only way to keep one of you safe together at all costs..." Said Ford
"Ok...we'll meet you from the other side then, come on Mabel..." said Dipper
"Alrighty then, I'm right behind ya!" Said Mabel
As soon as they walked through the maze together, the halls became darker and darker...suddenly, the chills came up to their spine...feeling like someone is breathing behind their backs...they decided turn around and realized that nothing was there...they decided to shake it off, thinking that it might a hallucination...as they continued through the maze...then, they started to hear a wheezing sound from 10 feet away from them...
"Who's there!?" Said Dipper
Suddenly, everything went silent as their heart begin to pound within fear...thinking that someone is nearby, observing them of where they're headed...
Mabel and Dipper tried to remain calm...then Dipper yelled, "Show yourself!"
Everything was still remained silent then the glowing eyes appeared through the dark...as the razor sharp teeth appeared within full rage and shrill screams appeared critically...as Mabel and Dipper's eyes begin to widen within terror, realizing that they have been seeing the same creature this whole time as they ran off...
However, as soon as they ran off...the dark figure begin to growl and the shrill screams became even louder as it ran after them...as soon as they ran through the maze, Mabel and Dipper's heart begin to race within fear...suddenly, they found a few doors around them and decided to pick the door to the right and hide under the bed...when they first crawl under the bed...they begin to sigh as everything went silent again...as they heard a strange noise walking through the maze that sounds like clacking bones walking nearby...as the dark shadowy figure enters the bedroom...it walked past the bed...then there was a soft voice...
"I know you're in here...please...come out where I can see you...I mean no harm..." said the voice
"If you really want us come out, then why are you chasing us in the first place...?" Said Mabel
Dipper looked at Mabel worryingly then the mysterious voice replied, "Because we're trying to tell you something...but every time we try to speak to you, you kept running away...However...you shouldn't come out at night...it's not safe to walk alone within the dark like this...otherwise, you would've gotten hurt..."
Dipper looked at the figure then he asked, "What is it you're trying to tell us right before we left?"
The figure with the mysterious voice replied, "We tried to warn you because you and your family are in danger Dipper..."
