The Lost Tape

While he was eaten alive in his dream, he began to scream in terror and woke up...gasping within a panic attack...
Suddenly, he found out that it was morning already as his sister came to him and looked at him worryingly then asked, "Dipper, what's wrong...?"

Dipper looked at sister then he began to sigh as he replied, "It's nothing, I just had a terrible dream all of the sudden that's all."

Then they heard running upstairs as somebody opened the door and asked, "Is everyone alright? We just heard a scream."

Mabel turned over and realized that it was their uncles that came in then she smiled as she  replied, "Yep, we're fine! Dipper just had a nightmare, that's all!"

The uncles began to sigh within a relief and then Stan said, "Well, it's good thing that you're ok that's for sure!"

Dipper smiled softly and said, "Yeah, I guess you could say that..."

Suddenly, Waddles started playing with the professor hat...Mabel looked at her little pig, she began to grin and said, "I know just a thing that might cheer you up Dipper! How about we have waffles for breakfast and go on adventure together with Soos? I'm pretty sure your nightmare would be gone in no time as soon as we have fun together!"

Dipper put his hand under his chin with a smile and replied, "hmm... I think that you might be right Mabel, we should go on an adventure with our friend to get my mind off of it!"

Mabel nodded and said, "Well, I'm ready as you are!"

They both began to laugh as they had breakfast and decided to meet up with Soos as a fun adventure among them...
as soon as they met up with Soos, he begin to smile and said, "Hey dudes, what's up?"

Mabel begin to grin and said, "Oh nothing much, we just thought we should go to an adventure together to make Dipper feel better again!"

"Oh, I guess that explains it...so, what kind of adventure should we do that might be fun for you guys?" Said Soos...

Dipper put his hand under his chin and frowned as he replied, "Hmm, I don't know... it's hard to say..."

Mabel begin to smile and said, "I know! Maybe we could find out who scared the criminal in terror from the news that we saw?"

"Um, I don't know Mabel...it might be a bad idea to do that..." said Dipper

Soos begin to nod and said, "I kinda agree with Dipper, it might be a little bit dangerous for us if we were over there..."

"Alright...How about we look for a mysterious cave or a haunted house, wouldn't that be ok with you guys?" Said Mabel...

Dipper smiles softly and said, "Well, I guess that one doesn't seem so bad...I'm in!"

Soos smiled as he put his thumb up and said, "Cool!"

"Sweet, now we're talking!" Said Mabel with a wink

As soon as they walked into the woods, they found a dark mysterious forest...The trees were black, it was foggy and very silent... Dipper begin to shiver a little, except Mabel and Soos, they were both fascinated from this sight find it a little creepy but interesting at the same time as they kept on walking...


As soon as they kept on walking through the dark woods, they found a dark haunted wood cabin that was abandoned for a 100 years...

Mabel begin to gasp with a surprised look on her face and said, "Oh my gosh Dipper, look! Maybe we could go in there and discover what's inside this house, there could be some mysteries that we might find!"

Dipper looked at the dark haunted cabin nervously and said, "I don't know about this, I guess it's worth of a try..."

Soos begin to pat gently on Dipper's shoulder and said, "Don't worry, we're here for you dude! I could guarantee that!"

Dipper begin to smile softly and said, "Thanks guys, I appreciate you for supporting me."

Soos  and Mabel begin smiled as Soos put his thumb up and they said, "No prob!"

Dipper looks at the dark cabin and said, "Welp, there goes nothing."

As they walked into the dark cabin, it became a lot more darker for them to see a little.There was really old furniture from the 1700s, spider webs all over the room covered in dust from part of it, old creepy posters that looks like blood hanging some of the walls, old wooden floors and stairs...

Their eyes begin to widen a little with a surprised look on his face and said, "Whoa..."

They ended up keeping themselves close by without getting lost inside this house, they decided to open the door and saw a shelf of organs, an old video tape, and an old journal sitting there in front of them.

Dipper looked at the shelf weirdly and said, "That's strange, I wonder who lives here like this."

Soos looked at Dipper and said, "Who knows, I kinda wonder the same thing dude."

Mabel thought about this lost tape sitting on the shelf and then she asked, "Should we take the lost tape and the journal see what's all about?"

Dipper waited for a minute and then he replied, "We probably should, to see if there's any answers or clues from here that might explain of what it's really about from this place."

"Alright, then let's find out of what it is!" Said Mabel

Soos smiled and said, "Good idea!"

He took the lost tape and the journal off the shelf then he gave it to Mabel and Dipper...Dipper opened the book and it says The curse within sorrow October 20 1796...
"This must be a really old book, which also makes me wonder who wrote it." Said Dipper

Suddenly, they started to have the cold chills behind their back...feeling like that they've been watched.
"Is it just me or is there a feeling that something is watching over us?" Asked Soos

Dipper and his sister begin to gulp within fear as they turned around and saw a dark figure with razor sharp teeth, staring into their souls deeply. They all begin to froze with a terrified look on their faces as the dark figure begin to roar within a shrilling shriek.

Dipper's eyes widen within shock and yelled, "Run!"

As they ran out of the building and went all the way back to the Mystery Shack... as soon as they ran into the Mystery Shack, dipper slammed the door as they gasped for some air.

Stan came over and asked, "Where were you guys? We've been looking for you all over the place..."

Mabel looked at her uncle and hugged him as she replied, "Oh my gosh Gruncle Stan! We were so scared when we first went into the cabin, we found some unusual tape and this old journal. When we first took it off the shelf, there was this creepy dark figure that came after us so we ran as fast as we could all the way from here!"

Stan's eyes widened a little with a worried look on his face and asked, "Did it try to hurt you?"

Dipper shook his head and replied, "No, but we were terrified of how it reacted to us though."

Stan begin to sigh within relief and said, "Well, at least you're safe with us. Even if it did bring harm on you, they'd be really sorry once I come after them."

"However, what is Grunkle Ford up to? We kinda thought it might be important to share this information with him." Said Dipper

Stan groans a little and replied, "He's probably in his lab, working on something but I prefer to leave him be for now since he might be a little bit busy."

Mabel smiled and said, "Ok, well... Is it ok if we could watch this old tape?"

"Mmm, well... I suppose so, as long as it's not bad or anything I guess." said Stan but feels a little unsure about it

"Nice, I guess we could watch the video together in the living room." Said Dipper

As they walked into the living room played the VHS video on TV. While the video was playing, Stan sat on his chair, the siblings sat on the floor with Soos as they watched the video.

Suddenly, there was glitches, whispering voices, as the unusual landscape appeared with fog, black tree with a swing and dark clouds. Then there was another image of the 12 black hooded figures that are sitting there around the circle while doing a strange ceremony. While the 12 figures did the ceremony together, the face of a ghost with a wide mouth and pale white skin begin to scream as it begin to crawl through the TV as an illusion. More glitches begin to appear from the screen as an image appear of a women crying quietly inside of the dungeon, the screen turned black as the white words began to shake as they appeared on the screen.

The words on the screen it said, "Those 12 people shall pay the price of what they have done to us...especially the devil of himself...Till the end, someone will know the main truth about them...knowing that they can't be trusted from one to another from inner darkness that lurks through the empty walls of disgrace...But know it's for their own good from here..."

The grey ooze begin to stream down from the screen as the video ended...
