The Great One
Sesa slashed at the bastard, dodging his attacks and managing to get a few hits on him."Youre good." Noral admits, hitting the warrior in the jaw, "But can you beat this?"
Sesa fixed his jaw, then wwnt to strike when Elise grabbed Noral by his ankle.
"Elise?!"
"Sesa! Kill him now!" Elise screamed, holding on tightly. "Now damn it! Ill explain later!"
Sesa blinked, then snarled, charging at him.
"I thought I pushed you homeward!" He said, stabbing his nemesis in the arm.
"You thought wrong, Master! I couldnt leave your side ever! Now kill the basta-"
Nroal reached down and grabbed Elise as Sesa charged, stabbing through her and into his nemesis.
He coughs out, "I told you... she would... die...!" as he falls over, thinking this was better than surrendering.
"ELISE!!!!" Sesa screeched, catching her and gently laying her down. "Oh god, not Elise, please not Elise!" He begged, mind racing. "Oh god.. The Ritual! Elise, you have to-"
"Sesa..." she says weakly, holding his hand.
"If I can get more venom, then maybe-"
"Sesa, listen to me." She quietly demands, shutting him up.
"You were the best thing to ever happen to me. I love you, Sesa Okomota. And Ill see you in the next life."
"Dont talk like that! Ill get you out of here, I swear it!" He says, picking her up as the enemy surrounded them.
"Drop the girl, Prophet. Then you might live." The commander said in broken English, waving his weapon at Sesa.
Sesa's heart was going to burst.
It was all their fault.
Had they never come to Earth, Elise wouldnt have been hurt!
He wouldnt have hurt her!
A blue-white aura surrounded Sesa, making his enemies faulter.
Noral paniced.
"Kill him, you fools!" He ordered as they opened fire, to no avail.
Sesa looked up, hair covering part of his eye.
They werent red, green, or even blue.
They were pure, milky white, with molten gold in the direct center.
"You bastards." He says as the enemy freezes, struggling with some unknown forc taking control of their bodies. "You... motherfūcking... Goddamn... BASTARDS."
He takes a step forward, and a few of them burst open in a pile of bpnes, blood, and intestines.
"You killed the love of my life." He says a little too calmly, taking another step as more explode, motioning to the peaceful Elise.
The commander tries to flee, but something... Primevial... picks him up and holds him upside down in front of the young Prophets face.
"P-please, Prophet... M-mercy!" The commander begs, cowering at the man.
"Mercy?" Sesa asks, glancing at his deciesed beloved.
The commander nods gratefully.
Sesa snarls.
"Get a religion if you want mercy." He aays, black miasma surrounding them and entering the old soldiers mouth, choking him and draining him of all life.
"I..." sesa says, eyes going from white and molten gold to pure black, "I am Sesa Okomota, and I... I am the Prophet. Feel my eternal wrath!"
He turns to Noral, who is cowering in the corner.
He didnt want to die.
Not like this!
"Please god... not like this...!"
"Thats right, dog." Sesa says, smiling as black miasma tendrils surround them, "Pray to me all you want. Im going to show you exactly what hell is."
"No... No no... Please, Great Prophet, Please! NOOOOOOOOOOOOAGHAK!!!"

Death shuddered.
"It seems that he has chosen the path of revenge." The great one says, shaking his head sadly.
Destiny could barely control her own emotions.
"Daddy, you said he wouldnt be hurt! Look at him! He's miserable!" She said, hate, anger, and contempt evedent.
He replied with, "I am sorry, my darling. But I needed to know what he would do. Now the answer is clear."
He looked back, motioning Elise to step forward.
She looks around sheepishly, afraid of the gathered Divines.
"Your beloved has killed mercilessly atthe loss of you." He says, motioning to the screaming and crying warrior as he's surrounded by American Marines.
"My Lord, please have mercy on him!" Elise begs, immediately falling to her knees.
He shakes his head sadly.
"Im afraid he must die, in order to protect-"
Uriel jumped from her seat, crying her golden tears as well.
"You set him up for failure from the begining! You lied to him!!!" She accused, grabbing her halo and ripping it in two.
Gabriel followed suit, and Michael stood up as well.
"My lord," he says, trying to keep a level head, "This was bullshit." as he turns and smashes his halo as well.
"Where are you going?" Seer asks, afraid that the Great One will be angered.
"Anywhere but here, with a liar and hypocrate!" Michael shot back, finaly, after all the millinia of being the calm one, lost his temper. "You knew his beloved would die, thus making him evil! Youre dispicable!"
The Great One didnt seem fazed, but the air thickened.
"Father, I over heard them. And, I must say, I agree." A patient male voice adds, coming from behind Michael.
"Jesus, not now. Im-"
"Going to give her bac, correct?" He asks, smiling at a stunned Elise. "Hello, Elise. Im Jesus."
"H... J...." she muttered, too stunned to speak.
"Jesus, I need him to do this. Trust me." The Great One says, laying his hand on Jesus's shoulder.
Jesus sighed.
"Ok, ok, but when this is over, you have to return her to him." He says, walking back into the clouds that surrounded them.
He went to ask Destiny for advice, but the Divines were gone.
"God.." Elise asks, sounding like a small child.
He smiles, then replies with, "Yes, Elise?"
She looks at him, then says, "Please watch over him."
He nods, pats her on the back, then says, "I will. Thats a promise."
