Missong candle
With the candle gone, the madrigals no longer had their gifts and camilo was worried about carmen as she was passed out on the floor. "Mi amor please wake up!" He said holding her body close and could still feel her breathing which gave him a little bit of hope.Felix walked over putting a hand on his son shoulder while julieta gently took carmen and placed her in a bed next to mirabels and did what she could to try and wake her up without her gift. When julieta came out, she looked concerned "im afraid carmen is in a coma" she said and everyone gasped and worried even more about carmen especially camilo.
At the dinner table, alma invited maria over and they had a discussion about what had happened during the party. "Wait the candle is gone?" Maria asked and alma nodded "then... Without the candle carmen will never wake up... The candle is basically her life source now without it, she can die." Maria explained and camilos eyes widened he wasn't about to lose the love of his life again "then we need to get the candle back!!" He said and went to walk off but bruno pulled him back.
"Hold on camilo, we don't know who stole it or where the candle is being held." Bruno said and everyone nodded in agreement causing camilo to sigh and rub his arm. Maria took a deep breath "i may be able to use what little of the gift i have to locate the candle and see who stole it" maria said and did just so seeing Altair's face as he was in a cave holding the candle with a sinister look.
Camilos eyes widened as he recognized who he was "that's... Altair her step dad he's the one who slapped me when i protected her." Camilo said causing felix and pepa to look at him with concern remembering when he came home with a red mark on his face. "Well great who knows where this cave is?" Isabela asked and everyone looked away, the only one who could find this cave was carmen but she was in a coma.
"We can always try to find it on our own... We'll help carmen no matter what it takes!" Mirabel said confidently and dolores nodded "yea!" Camilo smirked "I won't let mi amor down she needs me and i shall be there for her". Soon the whole madrigal family pitched in their help and they set off to try amd find this cave that altair was hiding in.
After what seemed like forever, Antonio and felix came across a hidden passage covered with the symbol of a crow on top. Felix alerted the others and they gathered back at the casita "alright we know where he's hiding but we may have to wait until tomorrow night to retrieve the candle" mirabel said and everyone agreed that altair would most likely expect them tonight and would be prepared so they stayed home where it was safe
Suddenly casita rolled carmen down to the madrigals confusing them when they heard her talking in her sleep "he's coming..."
