Both: Mr. Krabs, and Scrooge McDuck were walking in the streets of nowhere. In the middle of the two, there was a penny. Mr. Krabs seeing the penny, made him feel rich, while Scrooge McDuck thought he could put it in his treasure chest of pennies. However Mr. Krabs didn't like that idea. Neither did Scrooge McDuck like seeing Mr. Krabs taking that penny away from him. And so Scrooge McDuck wanted to fight.
