This is a m!lf. Just kidding, it's Lisa lol. She's an electro. You can obtain her by doing the second temple quest. She's a really good character, and she's hot! Just like Kaeya. She's my main Electro, even though she's my only one, her weapon can either be a spellbook or a floating sphere thingy, I forgot the name lol. Her powers can be use to electrify enemies while they're in the water or if they are wet. My favorite lines that she says are "You've been a bad boy.~" and "I can be your teacher, your master, or all three if you want!" because I'm horny.  She's a very smart but lazy librarian in Mondstat and will do anything to find an overdue book. Her age is around 28-30 (no wonder).
She calls me a cutie and because of that, I'm slowly turning straight /j. She has a very good relationship with Jean somehow, they probably know each other since they were kids.
