The Letter
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!I groaned.
Why had I forgotten to turn off my alarm on a Saturday?
Groggily, I slapped my hand down on the clock and looked at the time.
7:00.
Usually I turn my alarm off. What had happened?
Then I remembered.
I pushed back the covers and walked towards the window. I pulled the curtains back.
Bright rays of sunshine flooded into my room. I blinked, letting my eyes adjust to the new light.
I stumbled back to my bed and took the papers out from behind my pillow.
Again, the paper with the foreign language caught my eye. I studied it for a bit then gasped in surprise and dropped it.
With a shaking hand, I picked it up again.
I could understand it. Every word made sense to me. What didn't make sense was that I understood this language. I only knew English and a little bit of French and German thanks to my background.
The paper was a letter.
Dearest Lily,
I hope you understand why I left. I was very unhappy about the way things were going and you know how I felt. I hope that one day, you'll be able to forgive me. Please, try to understand. Tell mom what happened and that I'm okay. I love you, and I'll miss you terribly.
Love,
Alice
Alice...that name sounded familiar.
Alice.
I pondered, wondering where I had heard that name before.
I gasped.
My mother's name was Alice!

Mothenzerath...wait, isn't that the boy with three-year-old Giselle in your mini-chapters?
Yup XD
o_o Cliff-hanger!
Who?
Can't wait to see what the master's like hehe...
Why did Giselle scream?
I MUST KNOW.
You'll see...
Can't wait for more
It doesn't matter how many people read it, my own story doesn't get noticed yet I love writing more, and seeing my very few readers happy
Can I give you some advice? I feel that the bully is a little cliche, an interesting backstory would be cool
This is a lovely story, please keep writing!
I do have a backstory, I just don't know if I want to put it in here...maybe I'll make a separate story for Zoe. So everyone can understand why she's the way she is.
Yes, writing is wonderful! And it feels so nice when people read.
I forgot to comment on your wolf story, but it was really good! I enjoyed it a lot! @Eeveewarrior
I will try to post A.S.A.P.
