Not Mine to Tell
Still Remus’ P.O.V.I walked into the Great Hall and looked around for Livie. I didn’t see her, but I saw her friends and walked over to them.
“Hey,” I said. Orla looked at me.
“Hey, Lupin,” she said. “What do you want?” I shook my head.
“I’m here alone,” I said. “Do you guys know where Livie is?” Emily looked at me.
“Why?” she asked. “Did the Marauders send you to do your bidding?” I shook my head rapidly.
“N-no!” I exclaimed. “James and Sirius said some things based on something they found out on Sunday--I told them not to, and she was really upset. I just wanna find her and apologize.” Orla jumped up.
“I, uh,” she started. “I-I’ll help you find her.” I nodded, and we left. Once outside the Great Hall, she grabbed my arm and dragged me around a corner.
“What did they say?” she asked. I tried to speak, but my words got caught in my throat. “What did they say that made her so upset?” I sighed.
“They confronted her about her past,” I told her. “They figured some things out about her, and they confronted me first, figuring I knew. When I told them it wasn’t mine to tell, they decided to talk to her about it.” She nodded.
“What do you know?” she asked. I shook my head. “The night I caught you guys coming back from who knows where, she told me about what had happened to her. Now what did she tell you?” I sighed.
“Sh-she told me about ten years ago, when her family was killed by Fenrir Greyback,” I said, “and when she got turned into a werewolf.” Orla nodded. “Now what all do you know?” She shook her head.
“Just what she told you.” I sighed inwardly, mentally reminding myself to thank her later for not telling Orla that I was a werewolf. “Let’s go find our friend.” I nodded, and we set off to find Livie.

“Livie?” I yelled. I sighed and looked at Orla. “It’s no good! We’ve looked everywhere we can think of, and the bell’s gonna ring for Transfiguration soon!” She nodded.
“Do you think Professor McGonagall would let us look for her during class?” she asked. I thought about it and shrugged.
“If she doesn’t show up for class, we can ask her.”
