Kyle's POV

I'd been walking like 30 minutes until I got just out of town. I swear all I got was a dirty looks from everyone I passed, there was the odd concerned one what with the cut running up my arm. I didn't really pay attention to anyone. That was until I walked past a certain house with a orchid purple fox in the front yard. I stopped as I caught her eyes. We looked at each other for a second. Then she stood up and said. "Ar-Are you okay?"
I paused for a second "Yeah, I-I think so" I looked at her as she slowly walked over.
She looked at the cut going up my arm. "What happened?"
I wasn't sure how to answer. "I walked...Into...A door" Nailed it.
She raised an eyebrow. "Come on in. I'll get you healed up" Did she believe that? She turned and walked into her house. I stood there for a second and looked around before following her inside. "Sit down over there, I'll be back in a sec" She said pointing at the floor just in front of the fire place. I went and sat down where she wanted me to. I sat there and waited, waited and waited. Until she came back in with a cloth and some water in a blow. She put the blow down and sat beside me. "Now this may hurt" She said as she put the cloth in the water.
"Pft, I have had worse" I told her. I flinched as she pressed it against my arms cut. my left ear twitched as she started to stroke the top of my head. "What? What are you doing?" I asked.
"Trying to calm you down, I guess" She started to finish up on my arm and took her hand off my head and moved the cloth off my arm.
"That it?" I wondered.
"You should be okay" She assured me. "I'm Suella by the way"
"Thank you Suella, I'm Kyle" I stood up slowly.
"Are you sure you're going to be okay?" She asked me.
"I've been worse, I need to go" I started to walk to the door.
She followed me. "Alright, just be careful, I guess"
"I'll try, thanks again" I opened the door and walked out. She closed the door behind me. I walked off and went looking. I was looking for a certain someone. I had to find Sapphire at some point. We need to talk.
