Sonic's P.O.V.
We were in a pretty cold state. Not. The leaves were turning different colors and it looked beautiful but I wasn't here to enjoy the scenery sadly. I smiled at the trees. "Faker get over here before a human see's you, " Shadow called over to me. I ran over. "Relax Shad, No ones going to catch me." "Sonic you need to focus," Tails said. Knuckles nodded looking at me. I eye rolled. I chuckled at him. "What are you laughing at blue!?" I chuckled more. Knuckles' muzzle turned red from anger which just made it more funny. "This is idiotic," Shadow said growling. "We can't stay here forever," Silver said looking at me. I looked down remembering Chris. I haven't seen him in 2 years. "Cheer up Sonic," Tails said looking at me. We walked up to a condo and Silver opened the door by picking the lock. I walked around and no one was home. "She must be as school," Knuckles said. "Lets go before Eggman gets her," Tails said. Only Tails knew what she looked like. I didn't really care about looks but all I knew was that she was a Mexican girl.

My P.O.V.
I growled at my answers. I looked down as the teacher said we could leave. I had to go to choir. I grabbed my chromebook, put it in my locker, and walked off to class. I loved it. I walked in and sat on the steps as other students talked. I stared down at my notebook and drew for a while. Same old boring life in my opinion. I rehearsed the lyrics to "Breaking Free" and our national anthem. "Oh say can you see by the dawns early light," I hummed tunefully. I giggled smiling. Erika looked at me weirdly. I looked at everyone giggling. I smiled till I heard a large bang from the hallway.
