There Is No End

~Chapter 7~

    Tora dropped Eternal, with a soft thud, and ran to Rose. The tiger grabbed at her hand, but instead, was sucked in, her other friends soon following. They landed in soft teal grass, a few tall trees, with strange colored leaves were scattered around. Small white flowers bloomed across the flat land. A sweet smell, kind of like pie, wafted through the air. But what stood out, was the little girl, with turquoise hair, green eyes, a white dress with a green bow tied loosely around her waist. She held a turquoise stone, the same color as her hair.
   “Where are we?” Tora mewed out. “And what happened to my voice?!” The once human sized tiger, is now a kitten looking tiger. Eternal, who was now a peach colored kitten, with peach fur, brown hair-like fur that covered her left eye and had purple tips. Rose was a calico kitten, and Maggie was a small arctic wolf. Ari, who had hidden himself in a small bush nearby, was embarrassed of his change. “Ari! Where are you?” Tora called out, her voice small and squeaky.
     Ari rustled the bush, trying to hide himself better, but due to Maggie’s advanced hearing, she padded over and sniffed it. “He’s over here, guys!” she squeaked out. Tora bounded over and tugged him out of the greenery. As soon as he was fully out, Tora began to gush over how cute he was. He was a small black lion, with a tail that had a yellow star at the end, beautiful amber eyes, and little ears that stuck out of his mane. “You’re so cute!” Tora squealed. Which, keep in mind, was very uncommon. The others looked at each other. Even Rose, who had not known them very long, knew that was VERY uncommon.
     “Ummm. Tora? I hate to interrupt you fangirling over there, but we really need to find out what happened and how to get back.” Maggie said. Still no one noticed the little girl in the background. The turquoise haired girl cleared her throat, and the small animals turned. Ari got in front of his mate, who was about to attack. Eternal got into an attack stance. The girl stepped back a few feet, but otherwise stood her ground. “Hello. I didn’t mean to startle you, but I am in desperate need of help.” her sweet voice rang out. Tora padded over, cautiously looking over the young girl. “How do we know we can trust you.” Tora interrogated.
    “You’ll just have to trust me. There’s not much time.” The girl spoke, calmly, but yet in a begging tone. “I think we can trust her.” Maggie voted, Rose agreeing with her. Eternal, who was still slightly suspicious, walked up to the girl, “We have questions, and  you WILL answer them.” the cat demanded. The turquoise haired girl nodded curtly.
