Third Class

They arrived in Liturature, and Mrs. Lin was still there, strict, but kind. She was Jordan, and laughed. "Oh, Jordan how have you been?" They hugged. "And who is this fine young man?" Rose smiled. "My boyfriend, Jack." Mrs. Lilian smiled. "Hello, Jack. Please, take the mask off." Rose stopped her calmly. "He needs it. It's for safely reasons. The school has allowed it." Jack nodded. "Yeah, I'd take it off at the wrong time, I get hives." The teacher nodded. "We're working on a test about a book we were reading." Jordan gasped. "Cool! Can we take it? I can help Jack!" Mrs. Lin thought. "Keep quiet, though." She gave them the test. "It's the first book we read."
Rose smiled. "Easy." She went to the back of the room, and finished it easily. Jack just stared at it. Rose smiled. She whispered, "Think of an order. If he dies in the first part, he can't save the king. He's dead. Think of it that way." Jack smiled. He finished most of the test, and then asked Rose a question. "I don't understand something. Who is Lucas?" Rose nodded. "He isn't the savior, and planner, and the brains. The only other character is..." He nodded. Rose looked the time. They still had about ten more minutes before they had to go.
She told him what the plot of the story was, and everything up to the point where they were. Mrs. Lin smiled. "Jack, Rose, it's time to go." Rose smiled, and grabbed Jack's hand. "Time to go. Thank you!" They walked out. "Bye, you two!" Mrs. Lin yelled after them. The two went into the office. Mrs. Nephrite let them outside with a smile. Rose walked toward a small house in the next street over. Jack asked, "Where are we going?" Rose smiled. "Remember Laura? This is her house. I'm going to ask if we can stay." Jack nodded.
She knocked on the door. It opened, and Luara's mom hugged her. "We thought you were dead. Everyone else said you had fled, and were alive, apbut se wanted you to be in heaven. Are you okay?" Rose nodded. "May we stay here for the night? Our foster parents left us here for a while." They let her in, and EJ followed. "Who is he?" Laura's dad asked. "Jack, my boyfriend." He nodded. "Hai." They showed her Laura's room. "We don't have the heart to get rid of it. We haven't seen her, and we don't know if she will come back. We hoped she was with you." Rose shook her head. The parents nodded. "See you in the morning, you two!"
