Chapter 4- Judge White

Chapter 4- Judge White
We headed out to the car leaving behind the stylists. "Aren't they coming to the trial?" I asked. "No, they aren't good enough to be in a court room with me!" She answered curtly. I scoffed and rolled my eyes, "Look they are nice people and if you are going to continue being a bitch then I will make sure you lose this case and your job." I sneered at her.

She gasped and stared at me like I had grown two heads. "What Bitch? Like what you see or nah? If not then look away, you dumbass!" I snapped at her defending myself and the stylists. "Watch your m-" she started to say. "Mrs. Cormier, Miss White, we have arrived at your destination." the driver announced. As I got out I purposely stepped on her toes on her stupid heels. "OUCH! You bi-" she started to say. "Oh my bad, now what was that you said?" I replied with a smirk. "Nothing at all, now lets go." she tried to command with a shaky voice. "OK" I sarcastically said to her.

"Ugh come on now, Miss White." She countered. I followed her to a pair of double doors in the back of the court house. The Court Room was huge with some very sophisticated men standing in the front in place of the defendant. "Is that who we're against?" I asked very formally. "Yes and I plan to have you up as a witness. Is that okay?" She asked me in a professional voice. "Yes, of course." I countered. "All rise for the accountable judge, Judge White." the bailiff announced, I stood up shocked.

'It can't be, it just can't' I thought. And it was. My Uncle Matthew was our judge. "Uncle Matthew!" I shrieked out loud and ran to him. "Jaylynn! Come here you little rascal!" he yelled in pure joy. (he calls her that because that is her dream name) I ran and jumped into his arms and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "I missed you, Matty!" I whispered in his ear. "I did too baby girl." he says back.

Someone cleared their throat interrupting our moment. "Judge White, is this a good idea? She is your niece, are you sure you won't play favorites?" the man questioned. "I will be fine, Mr. Luis." My uncle stated setting me down. I whined. He laughed, "Now will everyone please sit down court is ajorned"(idk how to spell it but u can understand it right?)I rushed to my seat in a hurry. Hopefully this will go well. I don't want to live with my real dad he has a really hateful new wife who hates me. OH well lets see if this works.
