Backstory: rose grew up thinking she was "perfect" because that's what her mother always told her but when her mother died on her 4th birthday that's when she started to realize her mom only said that to keep her from worrying about her mom's health that slowly decreased over the years. She knew nobody   was perfect and despite being traumatized that her mkm died on her birthday, she stayed happy for her mother and kept a smile on her face.
