Cast out

Lighting struck the ground of dimly lit city.The rain was falling quickly onto the stone sidewalk as a young wolf was kicked to the outside.The wolf falls on the ground,with tears in her eyes.An older wolf comes to the door,anger lit in her eyes."And don't come back!"She growls."You killed her!You killed them both! I don't want a murderer in my house!"She slams the door as the young wolf's cool blue eyes stare at the door.She stands up and brushes herself off.She wipes her tears away,and picks up her small brown bag.The brown bag says her name,Soren.Soren sighs."Well,that was the last one."She walks down the sidewalk staring straight ahead.Soren coughs and shudders,shaking."I don't feel so well."Soren then arrives in the alleyway and lays on the broken mattress.The mattress squeaks beneath her as she lays down and coughs again.Soren sets the bag beside her,and falls slowly asleep.
        Her cough rang out into the streets to a blue hedgehog walking down it."What was that?"He asked.He turns the corner to the alleyway to see a little girl coughing in her sleep.He immediately runs to her."What is she doing out here?!"He tries to shake her awake,but Soren felt cold.Sonic jumps at the sudden cold touch.He picks her up and holds her closely to his chest.Sonic runs forward as he felt Soren shudder,the rain falling onto him.
        Sonic runs through the door."Wheres the extra room?!"He asked in a panic tone.Amy looks up about to ask why,but saw Soren in his arms.Amy shouts"Oh my goodness!"Silver was walking downstairs to see Soren."Whats going on?"More came into the room.Shadow was even curious,not saying a word.Amy takes Soren away from Sonic."She feels cold!Is she-"Soren coughs and shifts in her sleep."Not yet.But soon."Shadow says.Amy looks up at him."We have to get her warm!Rouge!Go get a blanket!Tails!Get a pillow!"
        Tails and Rouge run off in different directions.Amy lays Soren down on the couch.Blaze walks over to her," I will warm her up."Amy moves over as Blaze holds her hands out.Small flames sparked in her hand as she held her hands over Soren's wet jacket.Tails and Rouge came back,giving Amy a pillow and blanket.Once Soren was settled,she begins to breathe a little better.Amy looks at Sonic."Where did you find her?"Sonic explains the story to Amy.Vanilla was concerned."oh!The poor dear!"Soren was coughing again,but not as hard.Sonic sighs."I hope she'll be okay."
