Day 7: The plan..

Day 7: The plan..
Monday:

Ah Mondays, the worst day of the week, because its a beginning of another tragic conflict. For me of course. Now let me tell you about this morning.. It was quite ... Um interesting...

Okay so let me set this... It was a sunny morning, Caden and Drake hung out on the basketball court as usual not even caring if they're going to be late. I did my morning routine, wake up, brush teeth, brush hair, and get dress. Breakfast was oatmeal, to me I just don't like it but I ate it anyway. Is grain, grain right?

Albert had his cereal mom was out shopping ( there was this big sale at the mall) which was not a new event. Dad well he was back at work. This day couldn't be much interesting. On the news there were a reported 3 missing girls, they were sisters, their parents were at work when the disappearance had occurred, only yesterday was the youngest found dead near the willow creek, with no fingerprints the cops may identify. Albert changed the channel, "Hey! I was watching that!" I protested " I'm sorry, but I don't prefer to not listen to a murder mystery while I eat breakfast, thank you very much." He retorted. I rolled my eyes.

Drake and Caden finally came in but they were shirtless. My mouth dropped open. I immediately closed it when I noticed. Nope not going there, and tried to finish my food more rapidly. "Hey! Turns out I need to go to school with you... For now anyway, Dad called gotta hang out in public school since I already have a low GPA, but you know you could-" I cut drake off " Eating. Don't need your life story." I snapped. "Too bad I didn't ask for permission," Drake said, "I'll show you around, they're a variety of selections of girls, what's your type?" Caden asked. I sorta zoned out for a bit after that...

My time a school was horrifying. Here please live this horror with me!

I had to walk 6 inches close! To the most horrify ingest person IN THE UNIVERSE!

I said straight in Drake's face " Don't talk to me, Don't look at me don't even get 10inches of me, I don't know you, you don't know me. Okay? Okay." I left before I can hear him respond.

Jessica saw me and immediately dashed to my side," who was the cutie with the hoodie? Fill me in Cam!!" She exclaimed. "Uh, don't get me started on that jerk!" I exclaimed. Then I remembered something important I have to do. " uh, I'll talk to you later Jess I got- I forgot a book, since book in my.. Locker... Uh see you at lunch" I lied and swiftly walked away.

I spotted Kevin and grabbed him from his locker near many bystanders, and lead him to the janitors office. "What do you want?" He demanded " I'm giving you a offer, you pretend to be my boyfriend, be my date to the wedding and you can get anything you want.. Conditionally of course." I stated. Kevin laughed, " you can't be serious." He looked at my face and realization kicked in. "You in are not?" I demanded impatient. He thought it over, and said "No, I'm not doing it." "Okay." I shrugged and walked slowly to the door and sighed, letting the bait rest there, " too bad, you could gotten a good deal.. Oh well," I sighed again. Halfway out the door he said "Wait!" I smiled.

"I'll, do it if.... I get to kiss you ONCE in front of everybody and you meet my parents."he said with a devilish smile. I knew he think I would refuse I bet. "Deal" and shook his hand his eyes went wide. " I got some rules, though, don't kiss me without permission, no sexual interactions with others and tell no one of this deal." I announced and we walked out. Holding hands. Worst day of my life.

Don't get me wrong I like boys, their funny, but this story of my life is not going to be some romance thing. And I have to waste MY first kiss with him! Ugh, it's torture. And to be clear, I don't like him okay? I don't like him. Period.

Oh oh! Don't think this is going to be one of those books when we pretend to be attracted to each other and end up really liking each other! Not that either! Remember this, I don't know what love is!

Deep in thought, I heard Kevin whisper something to me "I have a... Girl, I like who's in this school" I responded with a question "then why did you agree to this?" "To make her jealous," Kevin smirked

At class, there was nothing out of the ordinary, so not need to discuss that...other than getting Bs and some As

Lunch I filled Fiona, Jessica, and Chloe the details, (not about the deal of course) they were a little bit shock, but it was over when the bell rang.

That night.. I couldn't sleep, so I went for a midnight snack. Walking down the halls I saw the pictures of my family... All standing there looking perfectly happy, perfectly ordinary.. I just kept walking .

When I reached the kitchen and heard yelling. "Look! I did NOT cheat on you Clarity! (My mom's first name)" yelled Dad "Oh really? I called your work place and they said you quit 2 months ago! How do you expect me to think of that huh! What! Ray!" Shouted my mother.(Ray is my dad's first name) "I didn't cheat one you." Dad said in a sharp tone," Then what have you been doing these 2 months huh? Since you didn't bother coming home!" Shouted mom "I.. Can't tell you..." Dad stuttered in a lower voice, I muffled a gasp with my hand. "Exactly, I knew Dad was right about you! No good than any other commoner!" Mom shouted at the top of her lungs. It is shocking the boys can sleep through this.  "If you had your doubts then you shouldn't had married me!" Yelled dad and left the room. Silence filled the air.

I peeked and saw my mom slouched over on the table in her nightgown sobbing quietly. I was afraid, what if she didn't want me to bother her? What if she'd hurt me? So I just did the creepiest thing ever, I watched her with wide eyes, seeing her cry in pain.

It looked like it was going for hours till it stroke midnight and she stood, brushed her self off, looking both ways, and locking eyes on me. Her reaction displayed deep sadness, then a cold mask, and anger. She took a deep breath and said, "Don't speak of this, never speak of it. You understand? I don't think you brat would understand." Leaving without another word. So mom had a soft spot? A weakness?

Like if the moment never happened I walked forward and grabbed some milk and a cookie.
